1. SMS Messaging Terms

If you provide your phone number and opt in, Aetenum may use SMS for service-related updates, including quotes, appointments, and service updates.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Service Engagements

All professional work is scoped per client with written statements of work that define deliverables, pricing, and timelines. These Terms apply in addition to any signed agreement. In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement controls.

3. Payments

Invoices are due per the schedule defined in the applicable statement of work. Late payments may pause delivery of services. We reserve the right to charge a late fee for invoices unpaid more than 14 days past due.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of an engagement. NDAs are available upon request for sensitive engagements.

5. Intellectual Property

Client owns all deliverables upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in the statement of work. Aetenum retains the right to use non-confidential work as portfolio examples unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to engage in unlawful activity, spam, harassment, or any use that violates applicable laws or the rights of others. Misuse may result in immediate termination of services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are delivered professionally and in good faith. However, Aetenum makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue results, or third-party platform behavior. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aetenum's total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

9. Age Requirement

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using this website or opting in to any communication, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Utah County, Utah.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
