Terms & Conditions

Engagements: all work is scoped per client with written statements of work that define deliverables, pricing, and timelines.

Payments: invoices are due per the schedule in the statement of work. Late payments may pause delivery.

Confidentiality: both parties protect confidential information. NDAs are available upon request.

Intellectual property: client owns deliverables upon full payment unless otherwise specified.

Warranties: services are provided professionally; no guarantee of specific business outcomes.

Liability: capped to fees paid for the relevant engagement, excluding indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law: United States, state to be agreed in the statement of work.
