You tell me the destination. I choose the route and build the vehicle.

Strategists hand you a route and leave. Agencies will build whatever vehicle you specify, but you have to know what to specify. Choosing the route and building the vehicle are two different jobs and almost nobody sells both, which is the whole product. It is also why the work goes faster: there is no handover between the person who understood the problem and the person writing the code, because they are the same person.

How the work moves

Large projects get broken up on my side, not yours. That is why progress lands continuously instead of arriving all at once at the end.

    Ask

    You send the thing you want. A sentence is enough. There is no form to fill in and no discovery invoice attached to it.

  2. 02

    Scope

    I work out what it actually takes, and whether the thing you asked for is the thing you need. Sometimes the answer is a smaller build. Sometimes it is a different one.

  3. 03

    Draft

    You get the scope in writing. What gets built, what it touches, what it will not do, and roughly how long it holds the seat.

  4. 04

    Sign

    You approve the draft or you change it. Nothing gets built off a conversation, so we do not argue later about what was agreed.

  5. 05

    Build

    I build it, deploy it, document it, and hand it over. Then the seat moves to the next item on your list.

I built an internal operations app with a knowledge base, an AI responder that handles only what it should, and a gate that reads every outbound message before it sends and stops the ones that should not go.

Those are starting numbers, not a rate card. Some engagements land higher because the work is heavier. Some land lower. You will know which before anything is signed.

What is included, what is not, and how pausing works

This is not for you if

  • You are shopping on price. There is always someone cheaper and I will not compete with them.
  • You need a fixed bid for a finished app. That is a different product from a different kind of company.
  • You do not control the budget. If you have to build a case for this internally, send me the person who signs.
  • You need convincing that AI is worth using. I build with it every day and I am not going to run that argument.

No. Working out whether the thing you asked for is the thing you need is part of the seat, not a separate discovery fee. Describing the problem is enough to start.
